Good Morning All ! Unfortunately I have no choice but to cancel this event . I don't have enough teams left willing to play and both All American and Gavilan field were flooded . The biggest issue is I don't feel safe bringing everyone in especially with more rain in the forecast . I will begin refunding all teams now . It usually takes 2-3 days to return to the card you paid with . Again I'm sorry and hope to see you all soon !

Coaches and Guardians :
I have had a lot of calls today about the State event in Ruidoso . Yes they did get a lot of rain today and I've spoken with the Village and they told me they would do everything in their power for
Us to play . The forecast has moved into the remainder of the week at 40% chance . I'm pretty sure it's too late to cancel lodging and get money back so I'm torn on what to do ! Cancel or try and play ..
I will allow any teams that want to withdraw tonight that opportunity.
All decisions have to be made tonight so please let me know asap . If everyone wants to stick it out I'm willing to do that as well . My usssa email is still down so I'm asking that the head coach from each team contact me with your answer via text 5756021717 . Please don't call because my phone is blowing up already .

Just wanted to send you all an update for the New Mexico State Event . We are still good to play and I'm in daily contact with the Village of Ruidoso .
The USSSA emails are a hit and miss and my usssa email is down since Saturday so please contact me at my Gmail account [email protected] or text me 5756021717 for any roster issues . Please make sure all players are added and yellow or green approved by Thursday . I will be traveling to the event on Thursday . Each park will have a check in area to purchase game balls and tournament shirts .
