Coaches: we will start all games at 5:00 pm . I have redone the bracket with times of 55 minute finish the inning . Please be prepared to play early if possible to help us stay on time . The championship game will be 75 min finish the inning . Thanks Julie

Coaches the Village has just came and accessed the fields and feel sure that we can play at 5:00 pm IF it doesn't rain again .
With that being said we use 4 rounds 12 games total during this delay . I am going to start now and see what I can make fit for these 3 fields . I have 2 ideas that I'm going to try and will update you as soon as I know more . Thanks Julie

Fields are flooded and we are on a lightning delay . Once the Village accesses all 3 fields and give me a plan on when we can start I'll give you guys an update . Thanks Julie

Eagle creek , Gavilan , All American and NP are now on a 30 minute delay starting at 12:30 . We will access the weather at 1:00 pm . Please stay in your cars and remain at the complex Thanks Julie

We are on a 30 minute lightning delay . We will check again at 12:30 to see how it looks .
Also behind the temp fencing is the designated area for girls to warm up on . Please do not put canopies chairs etc back there and risk getting someone hurt .

Games will begin at 8 am in the morning I will adjust the schedules and resend asap ..
10u coaches only Games:
We are looking at possibly starting games at 7 pm but I'm not totally 💯 on that . Once I have a definite answer I'll update yall .
12u coaches only .. games start on time at 6:00 pm ..

the rule in Ruidoso is we have to wait 1 hour after it has completely stopped raining to access the fields and come up with a game plan . I'll keep you guys updated . Thanks Julie
